Every collaboration is preceded by an individual analysis of the organization’s needs and a tailoring of the scope of activities to its specifics, business goals, and current stage of development.
This ensures that the proposed solutions are relevant, effective, and genuinely support the development of both people and the organization.
Service pricing is determined individually and depends on, among other things:
- The size of the organization
- The number of employees
- The number of locations
- The scope and duration of the project
- The form of collaboration (on-site / online / hybrid)
- The type of support (training, workshops, coaching, facilitation, HR advisory, audits, development projects)
The exception to individual pricing is the DiSC Workplace service price list, which has a fixed pricing structure. Detailed information is available in the dedicated tab.
